It is a real battle calling it sham
softens blows the nerds need not
bother but instead are free
melting ice caps in the darkened
room of Miss absorbed with blemishes
on her face nine and counting how
did this happen so fast did I sweat
in the ninety degree heat hydrating
seething time maintaining cool

swiss cheese holes all melting up
slammed through the ages releasing
ancient air tiny bubbles into our
hair where does it go lungs all

Split

A rainbow split the day in two
separate days each appealing
one without all the color
and one with extra shimmering
thrown in there would be tea
waiting at home later on I could
dismiss this fact but it is the only
thing that keeps me noticing
