You will endure science fiction
light switch between life and death
look over after a minute or two

night time after Cheetos and something else
snack cart small packets enough to know life
happening still taking up space a parking spot
each breath easy that's how I love that you are here
this sucked I could see it all shifting I was another person
even though the light is extinguished the rest are still on
just look at the crack underneath the door the glow past curtains.
